1. Who this is for

LeadStore provides marketing tools and a lead-generation system for licensed insurance agents and agencies. Our Site is intended for business professionals and is not directed to children under 18.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us: your first and last name, email address, phone number, and the answers you provide in our qualification quiz (such as your agent type, monthly policy volume, budget, income range, where your appointments currently come from, your business bottleneck, and who is involved in your decision). When you book a call, we also collect your scheduling details.

Information collected automatically: device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, referring URLs, and marketing campaign identifiers (UTM parameters). We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies — including Meta cookies such as _fbp and _fbc, and a randomly generated identifier we store to help match your activity across pages.

3. How we use your information

• To contact you about your inquiry and to schedule and conduct your demo or consultation;
• To provide, operate, and improve our services and Site;
• To measure, optimize, and target our advertising;
• To comply with applicable law and protect our legal rights.

4. How we share your information

We share information with service providers who help us operate, including: our CRM and communications provider (e.g., GoHighLevel), to store your information and contact you; our scheduling and calendar provider (e.g., Google), to book and host your call; our website hosting provider; and Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram), for advertising measurement and optimization through the Meta Pixel and Conversions API. We may share hashed identifiers (such as your email or phone number) with Meta to match your activity and improve ad delivery.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing for advertising purposes may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under certain U.S. state privacy laws — see "Your rights and choices" below.

5. Advertising and analytics

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to understand how our ads perform and to reach similar audiences. You can limit interest-based advertising through your Meta ad preferences and through your browser's cookie controls.

6. Communications consent (TCPA)

When you submit your information, you agree that we and our representatives may contact you at the phone number and email address you provide — including by automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded or automated messages, SMS/text, and email — about our services. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, and opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link. Opting out of marketing will not stop transactional messages about a call you have scheduled.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live (for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act/CPRA and similar state laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. 8. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described here, to comply with our legal obligations, and to resolve disputes.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Third-party links

Our Site may link to third-party websites we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date, and material changes will be indicated.
